This recipe uses two TM Essentials Envy Varoma Molds and is ready in 25 minutes. Perfect for breakfast, lunches or snacks and Whole30 compliant.

500g bacon cut into 15cm lengths
14 eggs

Preheat the oven to 180C.
Line each cavity of the Envy mold with a strip of bacon.
Crack each egg into a cup and pour one egg per cavity.
Bake for 20-25 minutes.

Serve hot or cold.
Keep refrigerated for 2-3 days.
