Whole30 Almond and Chia Seed Porridge

I’m not real keen on eggs for breakfast and prefer something lighter to start the day. This Almond and Chia Seed porridge is delicious hot or cold and Whole30 compliant. Top with fresh or frozen fruit, nuts or coconut cream.

100g raw almonds
600g water
100g chia seeds

Mill the almonds at Speed 9 for 10 seconds
Add the water and mix at Speed 9 for 10 seconds
Add the chia seeds and cook at 50C, Speed 2 for 5 minutes.

Serve hot or cold topped with bananas and coconut cream.
Serves 6. Refrigerate for up to 3 days.
