Standard Shipping & Delivery Policy
Standard shipping is free to the all Australian States and Territories. We offer Express Shipping for an additional fee. We ship to most international destinations for an additional fee. We typically ship within 1-2 business days from when you place your order. We endeavour to dispatch orders with Express Shipping on the same business day of order placement where the order is received before 1pm AEST.
How We Ship
We ship via all major carriers, including Australia Post, Fastway Couriers and various freight carriers. TM Essentials will use its discretion to choose the most appropriate carrier for the safe and efficient delivery of your order.
Our standard shipping method for most products is ground shipping. In most cases, you will receive your product within 3-10 business days using ground delivery. Deliveries to Western Australia and remote areas of Australia may take 10-14 business days using ground delivery. Some orders may ship from a third party and require a longer delivery time. Orders with Express Shipping are dispatched using Australia Post and are subject to their delivery timeframes which is normally 1 – 2 business days after dispatch. Shipping to destinations outside Australia will incur an additional fee. For delivery information regarding a specific product, please email us at: email@example.com.
Please note: Customs policies vary from country to country. You may be subject to relevant overseas customs duties and/or other taxes that you may incur and these are payable by you. When importing into the USA you may be required to supply your social security number in order for your goods to clear customs. We suggest you check with your local customs office for further information if required. TM Essentials are not responsible for any delays caused by destination customs clearance processes. We use DHL International with tracking to ship worldwide.
We will notify you via email if your order is unexpectedly delayed. We will send an email that will indicate a new ship date for your order.
Refused Delivery Package
For items returned to sender due to “undeliverable as addressed” or “insufficient address” shown on the tracking status, TM Essentials will issue a refund minus postage and handling charge once the item is returned to our office, generally A$20. We reserve the right to charge you for the initial cost of our postage.
If you’re claiming an order discrepancy, please contact us within 7 business days for assistance. Any inquiries past this time frame is unreasonable for us to accommodate.

Signature on Delivery
Most of our shipments require signature on delivery. If you will not be home to accept delivery of your product, consider shipping your product where someone you trust will be able to sign for your package. For your convenience, you may prefer to have your order delivered to your office address. If you choose this option, please include the name of your business in the address. Please note, if you choose this option, goods may be left with reception or the Mail Room. Deliveries made by Australia Post may be left in a place deemed secure by the courier if no one is available to accept the package.
Can you Deliver to Multiple Addresses?
No, we are unable to split shipments. You will need to create multiple orders if you wish to send to more than one address.
