Make sauerkraut, kimchi and other fermented vegetables plus kombucha in our ceramic 1 litre Fermentation Crock.
Fermentation preserves vegetables and locks in their healthy enzymes and probiotics. Store the finished product for up to 6 months in the fridge.
With our 1 litre water-sealed ceramic crock and traditional weights carry on the tradition of food artisans and nourish your body.
After your fermentation crock is packed, two half-circle weights are placed into the crock to keep your ferment submerged. The lid is then placed into an open moat which is filled with water which allows the carbon dioxide created during fermentation to escape while air and bugs are kept out.
