How will the winners be selected?
The winners of the Sweepstakes will be chosen through a random drawing conducted under the supervision of the Sponsor.
When and how will winners be notified?
Winners will be notified via email to the email address they entered the Sweepstakes with within five (5) days following the winner selection. The winner must agree in writing to supply a photo with their prize. The photo needs to be sent to enquiries@tm-essentials.com.au within 7 days of receiving their prize.
What are the prizes for this giveaway?
Winners will receive TM Essentials Products valued at up to $1000 at the discretion of the Sponsor. Actual/appraised value may differ at time of prize award. The specifics of the prize shall be solely determined by the Sponsor. No cash or other prize substitution permitted except at Sponsor’s discretion.

The prize is non transferable. No substitution of prize or transfer/assignment of prize to others or request for the cash equivalent by winners is permitted. Acceptance of prize constitutes permission for Sponsor to use winner’s name, likeness, and entry for purposes of advertising and trade without further compensation, unless prohibited by law.
Is there a deadline to claim my prize if I win?
If the selected winner cannot be contacted, is ineligible, fails to claim the prize within 72 hours from the time award notification was sent, or fails to timely return a completed and executed declaration and releases as required, prize may be forfeited and an alternate winner selected.
