What could be better than fruity porridge for breakfast on a chilly winter morning…. Eggs Benedict. But that’s for tomorrow.

FRUITY WINTER PORRIDGE
240g rolled oats
60g dried fruit and nuts
600g water
400g milk

Add all ingredients to the TM bowl.
Cook at 90°C for 15 minutes, reverse speed 2.
Serve with honey, brown sugar or golden syrup.
Serves 4.
