Really love my butter crock. It holds just the right amount of butter for my family. By using the crock, my butter keeps better but I make sure I change the water every other day. Easily lasts a week, week and half on the bench – Autumn/Winter now in Aus. I freeze left-over butter. Grated frozen butter is great in pastry or scones.
