160g raw cashews
80g raw pistachios
100g pitted dates
50g shredded coconut
1 tsp matcha (optional)
- Desiccated coconut for coating bliss balls
- Add all ingredients to the Thermomix Bowl and mill for 1 minute/Speed 6.
- Using a cookie dough scoop or teaspoon, shape into balls.
- Roll in desiccated coconut.
- Makes 18-20.
