3 Ingredient Strawberry Swirl Popsicles

My family can't resist anything sweet, especially when it comes to ice cream. That's why I always love to experiment with different ingredients and flavours. And this popsicle recipe is a winner - not only does it taste delicious, but they look beautiful too and are made with just 3 ingredients!

Using real fruit, yoghurt and a touch of honey, these popsicles are a healthy and refreshing treat that's perfect for the warmer months. And with the help of your Thermomix® Appliance, they're incredibly quick and easy to make. Whether you're enjoying them as an after-school snack or serving them up at a summer party, these popsicles are sure to be a crowd-pleaser.


Ingredients: 

  • 140g strawberries, hulled
  • 290g Greek yoghurt
  • 50g honey

Directions:

  1. Place strawberries in Mixing Bowl and blend for 30 sec/Speed 8.
  2. Set aside in a clean jug.
  3. Without cleaning the Mixing Bowl, add yoghurt and honey and blend for 15 sec/Speed 5.
  4. Pour alternating layers of the yoghurt and strawberry mixes into popsicle molds.
  5. Swirl gently with a knife or skewer.
  6. Place lid and popsicle sticks in place and freeze for at least 3-5 hours.
  7. To remove a popsicle, hold the mold in your hand for a moment, or run under warm water briefly.
