This fish in this dish can be replaced with any other type of fish such as fresh salmon, cod or snapper. I've even used substituted the fish with green prawns. Cooked perfectly everytime with our Stainless Steel Steaming Dish and our V Stacker.

600g cubed Barramundi
60g Shaoxing wine
30g light soy sauce
10g sesame oil
20g fresh ginger, julienned
4 spring onions, finely sliced
1 chilli, finely sliced (optional)
