3 Ingredient Soy Milk

3 Ingredient Soy Milk

Homemade soy milk made with the Thermomix® Appliance is a delicious and healthy alternative to store-bought soy milk, and is free from preservatives and additives. It's great for drinking, culturing, or making tofu. When making soy milk, it's important to use only white soybeans, which are commonly found in Asian grocery stores or online.

In addition to being a tasty beverage, you can also use homemade soy milk to make your own soy yoghurt. Keep in mind that the flavor of homemade soy yogurt may differ slightly from commercially available options, as it can have a slightly grassy taste. With your Thermomix® Appliance, you can easily make your own preservative-free and additive-free soy milk and soy yoghurt, all in the comfort of your own home.

Ingredients:

  • 200g dried soybeans
  • 3 cups water for soaking
  • 1400g water for blending
