        Pomegranate Margarita

        Pomegranate Margarita

        This recipe for a pomegranate margarita made with your Thermomix® Appliance is simple to make and perfect for a summer party. This is delicious margarita is made with tequila, triple sec, pomegranate juice, and lime juice. The cocktail is garnished with a twist of lime or pomegranate seeds.


        Ingredients

        • 1 lime
        • 250g pomegranate juice
        • 100g tequila
        • 60g triple sec
        • 500g ice cubes

        Directions

        1. Remove the peel and white pith from the lime. Set the peel and pith aside. Cut the lime in half.
        2. Place all ingredients in the Mixing Bowl.
        3. Blend for 30 sec/Speed 10 slowly increasing the speed from 1 to 10.
        4. Pour the cocktail into 4 glasses. Garnish each glass with a thinly sliced twist of lime skin.
