Mango Yoghurt

Mango Yoghurt

Ready your Thermomix® TM5® Appliance for a tropical surprise! With our rich and creamy mango flavoured yoghurt, you can always make a delicious and healthy yoghurt with a tropical twist.

Ingredients:

  • 250g mango cheeks
  • 600g full cream milk
  • 70g milk powder
  • 60g pot set yoghurt
  • 40g cream
  • 40g sugar (optional)

Directions:

  • Place mango cheeks in Mixing Bowl and chop 5 sec/Speed 5.
  • Heat for 5 min/100℃/Speed 1.
  • Scoop into the base of TM Essentials Yoghurt Jarsand set aside.
  • Place milk, milk powder, yoghurt, cream and sugar (if using) in Mixing Bowl. Mix for 30 sec/Speed 4.
  • Select the Plain Yoghurt recipe in the Automated Menu. Skip through the prompts until the screen says, ‘Turn speed selector to start’.
  • Select Start.
  • This process will roughly take 8 hours and you will be greeted with a chime when it’s ready.
  • Pour yoghurt into TM Essentials Yoghurt Jarsand refrigerate.

*Note: To make in your Thermomix® TM31® Appliance, simply heat the yoghurt mixture for 10min/40°C/Speed 2 then pour into Insulated Serving Bowl. Keep it in a warm place for 8 hours.
