Little Cheese Quiche Wonton Cups

Do you like Quiche? Thermomix® Appliance recipes need not be complicated. You can always experiment and try easy and fun recipes like this one. These are easy, yummy, crunchy and a bit of fun full of vegies, cheese and pastrami. When you’re asked to bring a plate to share these are going to be the winners.

Ingredients:

  • 1 packet wonton wrappers
  • 2 eggs
  • 1 carrot
  • ¼ capsicum
  • 2 mushrooms (any vegies you want to use is fine)
  • 50g cheese
  • 50g feta
  • 100g diced pastrami
  • 50g milk
  • Salt & pepper

Directions:

  1. Pre-heat oven to 160°C.
  2. Lighlty grease a muffin tin or two TM Essentials Muffin Molds with oil or butter.
  3. Lay one wrapper into each hole and push in gently, and set aside.
  4. Place carrot, mushrooms, capsicum and cheese into Mixing Bowl and chop for 5 sec/Speed 5.
  5. Add remaining ingredients to Mixing Bowl and mix for 4 sec/Reverse Speed 4.
  6. Spoon a small amount into each wonton cases and bake for approx 20mins at 160°C until golden.
  7. Makes 12-14 Wonton Cups
