        Indian Curry Powder for the Thermomix®

        This is East meets West take on a curry spice mix. Bring home that traditional flavour with this tested blend of spices that you can add to your favourite curry
        dishes, sauces and more.

        Ingredients:

        • 45g coriander seeds
        • 2 tsp mustard seeds
        • 2 tsp cumin seeds
        • 1 tsp fenugreek seeds
        • 40g ground turmeric
        • 3 tsp chilli powder
        • 2 1⁄2 tsp ground ginger

        Directions:

        1. Add coriander seeds, mustard seeds, cumin seeds and fenugreek seeds in TM bowl.
        2. Dry roast spices for 10 minutes/Varoma temp/Speed 1 MC off.
        3. Add remaining ingredients.
        4. Place a piece of paper towel under the MC and place MC in position.
        5. Mix for 30 seconds/Speed 10.
        6. Store in a large MoBin.
