Indian Curry Powder
This is East meets West take on a curry spice mix. Bring home that traditional flavour of Indian with this tried and tested blend of spices that you can make with your Thermomix® Appliance. Perfect for adding to your favourite curry dishes, biryani, vegetables, sauces and more.
Ingredients:
- 45g coriander seeds
- 2 tsp mustard seeds
- 2 tsp cumin seeds
- 1 tsp fenugreek seeds
- 40g ground turmeric
- 3 tsp chilli powder
- 2 1⁄2 tsp ground ginger
Directions:
- Add coriander seeds, mustard seeds, cumin seeds and fenugreek seeds in Mixing Bowl.
- Dry roast spices for 10 min/120°C/Speed 1 MC off.
- Add remaining ingredients.
- Place a piece of paper towel under the MC and place MC in position.
- Mix for 30 sec/Speed 10.
- Store in airtight containers.
