Green Goddess Juice

Green Goddess Juice

A vegetable-based green juice with your Thermomix® Appliance is a powerhouse of nutrients for a strong immune system. Throw in a handful of parsley for an extra serving of vitamin B-6. This vitamin plays an important role in immune cell proliferation and antibody production. 

Not only delicious and refreshing, but healthy to boot. It's time to load up on those healthy antioxidants.

Ingredients:

  • 4 stalks celery and leaves, roughly chopped
  • 4 kale leaves
  • 1 green apple, quartered
  • 1 small cucumber
  • 3cm knob ginger
  • 300g water
  • 30g baby spinach
  • 60g ice cubes

Directions:

  • Place all ingredients except baby spinach and ice in Mixing Bowl and blend for 1 min/Speed 10.
  • Add baby spinach and ice and blend for a further 1 min/Speed 10.
  • Pour mixture into a clean Serving Bowl or jug. 
  • Line steaming basket with a Nut Milk Bag. Position steaming basket in Mixing Bowl and use it to filter your juice. When most of the juice has drained through the Nut Milk Bag, squeeze the Nut Milk Bag to extract the remaining juice.
  • Alternatively, pour directly into one of our Greek Yoghurt Strainers to strain the juice.
  • Pour into 2 glasses with ice and enjoy.
