Garlic Butter with Blue Cheese
Making butter with your Thermomix® Appliance is easy peasy! Get creative with either your home made butter or supermarket butter by adding garlic and blue cheese.
Garlic Butter with Blue Cheese is the perfect accompaniment with your next BBQ, steak and even roast potatoes.
Ingredients:
- 60g blue cheese, cubed
- 110g butter, cubed
- 3 cloves garlic
- 1 Tbsp dry sherry
- Ground pepper to taste
Directions:
- Blend all ingredients for 15 sec/Speed 7.
- Scrape down the sides of the bowl and repeat if necessary.
- Keep refrigerated or stock some in butter crock for soft, spreadable butter all year round.
