3 Ingredient Fruity Frozen Yoghurt Ice Creams

3 Ingredient Fruity Frozen Yoghurt Ice Creams

Do you love making yoghurt with your Thermomix® Appliance? If you do, I have something to share with you a whole new way to enjoy yoghurt. Skip added sugars, artificial flavours and colourings with our healthy and easy Fruity Frozen Yoghurt Ice Creams.

You can use frozen fruit from the freezer section, or freeze your own chunks for in-season fruit to get even more bang for your buck. Learn how to make your own authentic, creamy, traditional Greek Yoghurt here.

Ingredients:

  • 220g frozen fruit (mango, raspberries, strawberries, mixed berries, bananas, etc)
  • 380g Greek yoghurt
  • Toasted muesli, shredded coconut, or fresh fruit to top (optional)

Directions:

  • Insert popsicle sticks into the base of each Silicone Oval Ice Cream Mold
  • Place frozen fruit and yoghurt in Mixing Bowl.
  • Process for 10 sec/Speed 5.
  • Divide the mixture between Silicone Oval Ice Cream Molds.
  • Tap moulds gently on the bench to remove air bubbles.
  • Place into the freezer to set for approx. 4 hours or overnight.
  • Wipe the moulds with a warm cloth and remove any excess Fruity Frozen Yoghurt.
  • Sprinkle muesli or shredded coconut over the top of some of the magnums. Or add fresh fruit to the top of the ice creams.

*Makes 6 Fruity Frozen Yoghurt Magnums.
