Double Dark Chocolate Brownies

Double Dark Chocolate Brownies

If you’re a chocolate lover, this is something that you’ll love to make with your Thermomix® Appliance! Our Double Dark Chocolate Brownies are crisp on the outside but full of fudgy chocolatey goodness on the inside.

These are perfect for parties, picnics or you can just simply take a bite of these heavenly treats while having a cup of tea or coffee. 


Ingredients:

  • 270g dark chocolate, broken into pieces
  • 180g butter
  • 25g cocoa powder
  • 90g plain flour
  • 180g sugar
  • 50g water
  • 3 large eggs
  • ½ tsp salt

Directions:

  1. Preheat the oven to 180°C.
  2. Lightly grease a 20x30cm slice tin or line with a TM Essentials Non Stick Baking Liner. 
  3. Chop 90g of dark chocolate for 10 sec/Speed 6. Set aside.
  4. Melt remaining 180g dark chocolate and butter for 3 min/90°C/Speed 1. 
  5. Scrape sides down. Add cocoa powder, flour, sugar, water, eggs and salt and mix for 15 sec/Speed 4.
  6. Pour into a cake tin. Sprinkle with reserved chocolate chunks.
  7. Bake in the oven for 25-30 minutes at 180°C until a skewer inserted into the centre of the tin comes out clean.
  8. Slice into 24 pieces.

Keeps for 3-4 days.
