Decaf Dalgona
Dalgona is a beautifully light whipped coffee and sugar blend that actually originated in India before it became a South Korean viral sensation courtesy of Tik Tok. And if you like your coffee with caffeine to hype you up, you can also try ourDalgona.
Ingredients:
- 20g freeze-dried instant decaf coffee
- 50g sugar
- 50g boiling water
Directions:
- Place Butterfly in Mixing Bowl.
- Place all ingredients in Mixing Bowl. Whip for 1 min/Speed 4.
- Scrape down sides and whip for a further 3 min/Speed 4.
- Spoon on top of hot or cold milk, ice cream or an espresso martini.
- Serve immediately or store in the fridge covered for up to 5 days.
