4 Ingredient Celery, Ginger and Lemon Juice
Celery is packed with essential minerals and vitamins such as folate, potassium, vitamin B6, vitamin C as well as vitamin K. Combined with the zesty ginger and lemon juice, and blitzed in your Thermomix® Appliance this juice will benefit your body inside and out.
Ingredients:
- 3cm knob ginger
- 4 stalks celery and leaves, roughly chopped
- ½ lemon, halved
- 300g water
- 60g ice cubes
Directions:
- Place all ingredients in Mixing Bowl and blend for 2 min/Speed 10.
- To strain using a Nut Milk Bag, pour mixture into a clean bowl or jug. Line Simmering Basket with a Nut Milk Bag. Position Simmering Basket in Mixing Bowl and use to filter your juice. When most of the juice has drained through the Nut Milk Bag, squeeze the Nut Milk Bag to extract the remaining juice.
- Alternatively, pour directly into one of our Greek Yoghurt Strainers to strain the juice.
- Pour into 2 glasses with ice and enjoy.
