        5 Ingredient Carrot, Apple and Ginger Juice

        Carrot, Apple and Ginger Juice

        Looking for a healthy juice full of fresh vitamins to make with your Thermomix® Appliance? Try our Carrot, Apple and Ginger Juice to kick start your day.

        Earthy carrots are paired with a sweet apple and given a zesty kick with a piece of fresh ginger.

        Ingredients:

        • 360g carrots, roughly chopped
        • 1 green apple, quartered
        • 3cm piece of ginger
        • 300g water
        • 60g ice cubes

        Directions:

        • Place all ingredients in Mixing Bowl and blend for 2 min/Speed 10.
        • Pour mixture into a clean bowl or jug. 
        • Line steaming basket with a Nut Milk Bag. Position steaming basket in Mixing Bowl and use to filter your juice. When most of the juice has drained through the Nut Milk Bag, squeeze the Nut Milk Bag to extract the remaining juice. You can also strain the juice use using our Greek Yoghurt Strainer.
        • Pour into 2 glasses with ice and enjoy.
