Banana Choc Nut Dessert Pizza

Have you ever tried pizza for dessert? A dessert pizza is a little piece of heaven made easily with your Thermomix® Appliance

With a sweet banana pizza dough base and topped with chocolate, bananas and nuts, it's like a chocolate sundae! Perfect for feeding a crowd at the end of a pizza feast in your pizza oven. 

Ingredients

Banana Pizza Dough
70g ripe banana
140g luke warm water
1½ tsp dry yeast
280g bakers flour

Topping
180g milk chocolate
40g cream
1 banana, thinly sliced
30g granulated peanuts
15g shredded coconut

Directions

  1. Add all dough ingredients.
  2. Mix for 10 sec/Speed 5.
  3. Knead for 3 min/Dough function.
  4. Place dough on a TM Essentials Silicone Baking Mat that has been lightly floured.
  5. Wrap and rest in a warm, draft free place until dough doubles in size (30-60 mins).
  6. Roll out onto pizza stone or flat tray.
  7. Cover with the Silicone Mat and let rest for 20 minutes.
  8. Bake at 180°C for 15-20 minutes until golden.
  9. As soon as pizza base is cooked, top with flavourings.
  10. Melt chocolate and cream for 2 min/70°C/Speed 3.
  11. Spread chocolate mix over top of pizza - a TM Essentials Silicone Spatula is perfect to scrape the Mixing Bowl clean.
  12. Top with banana, peanuts and coconut
