        Banana and White Chocolate Cupcakes

        Banana and White Chocolate Cupcakes

        Who doesn't love cupcakes? These delicious Banana and White Chocolate Cupcakes will bring out your favourite childhood memories. Let your kids enjoy these tasty treats and make memories of their own with this wonderful recipe made easy with your Thermomix® Appliance.

        Ingredients

        120g butter
        140g sugar
        1 tsp vanilla essence
        1 egg
        3 ripe bananas
        200g plain flour
        1 tsp baking powder
        60g milk
        250g choc bits (either white or milk/dark chocolate)

        Directions

        • Either grease muffin tray or line with patty pans.
        • Preheat oven to 180°C.
        • Melt butter, sugar in Mixing Bowl for 2 min/100°C/Speed 2.
        • Add bananas and blend for 20 sec/Speed 4.
        • Add egg and vanilla essence and mix for 20 sec/Speed 2.
        • Add flour, baking powder and milk and mix for 20 sec/Speed 2.
        • Scrape down the sides of the bowl to mix in any flour.
        • Add choc bits and combine for 15 sec/Reverse Speed 4.
        • Fill muffin tray to ¾ with the mixture and bake at 180°C for 18-20 minutes until lightly golden.
        • Place cupcakes on cooling rack.
