A simple and easy breakfast recipe, you only need 5 ingredients to charge you up in the morning. You can prepare it in the evening before you doze off for a hassle free morning.Ingredients
180g uncooked white quinoa
410g can coconut milk
20g cocoa powder
1 tsp vanilla essence
- Place quinoa and coconut milk in TM Bowl and cook for 20 minutes/90°C/Speed 2.
- Add cocoa powder, honey and vanilla essence. Mix for 30 seconds/Speed 3.
- Pour into 4 glasses or small bowls. Refrigerate overnight.
- Top with yoghurt, strawberries or other fresh fruit.
