This looks like a quick dessert, loved the simplicity, but as it began to set the fat in the cream rose to the top. I eventually rewhipped and tried again. It’s now setting and looks ok but unfortunately won’t be ready for our dinner party tonight.

First time ever making Panna Cotta, this recipe was so easy to make. My only adjustment was cutting down the sugar to 60 grams and I used vanilla paste——- it’s delicious, will definitely make again, even reducing sugar more, maybe 50 grams. But, thank you, great recipe.

Hi,
I am making this Panna Cotta now and looking forward to tasting it!
When I downloaded the recipe I noticed that the method is for a different recipe. Is it possible to download the recipe from somewhere else?
Thanks so much!
