I love how easy and tasty bliss balls are. They are great for a quick snack when on the go or with a cup of coffee. Our 5 Ingredient Bliss Balls are full of healthy fruits and a touch of chocolate.
150g dried strawberries
150g dried cranberries
5 fresh medjool dates, deseeded
100g block Lindt chocolate 70% or 85% cocoa chocolate
- Place all ingredients into TM bowl.
- Mix for 1 min/Speed 10.
- Using a Cookie Dough Scoop, roll into balls.
- Roll balls in favourite coating I used coconut, chopped nuts and cocoa powder.
- Refrigerate until set.
