Chocolate Rocky Road Ice Cream

There is nothing quite as delicious as homemade ice cream. And our5-Ingredient No-Churn Chocolate Rocky Road Ice Cream will be a favourite in your house. Serve bowls of creamy chocolate ice cream filled with scorched almonds and marshmallows. Prepare this fantastic recipe in under 5 minutes. And what's even better is that no churning or ice cream maker needed.


5 Ingredient No-Churn Chocolate Rocky Road Ice Cream

Ingredients:

  • 100g scorched almonds
  • 600g thickened cream
  • 60g cocoa powder
  • 395g tin condensed milk
  • 50g mini marshmallows

Directions:

  1. Chop scorched almonds 1 sec/Turbo Speed. Set aside.
  2. Insert Butterfly. Add cream & cocoa powder. Beat for 10-15 sec/Speed 3.5 until light and fluffy. Watch carefully to make sure you don’t over whip and make chocolate butter.
  3. With blades running at Speed 2, slowly pour in condensed milk over 1 minute.
  4. Pour into ice cream container and freeze for 2 hours.
  5. Add reserved scorched almonds and mini marshmallows and stir through ice cream mixture.
  6. Freeze for 3 hours.

*Makes 1.4 litres of Chocolate Rocky Road deliciousness.
