        5 Ingredient Gluten-Free Snickers Slice

        Enjoy chocolatey goodness without feeling guilty! Now you can make your own Snickers Slice with only 5 ingredients. Gluten-free, healthy and as a bonus, it's quick and easy!

        Ingredients:

        • 300g pitted dates
        • 150g roasted peanuts
        • 200g smooth peanut butter
        • 300g rice malt syrup
        • 200g dark chocolate, broken in pieces

        Directions:

        1. Line a slice pan with baking paper.
        2. Mill dates and peanuts for 1 min/Speed 8.
        3. Press into slice pan.
        4. Place peanut butter and syrup in Mixing Bowl. Melt for 3 min/80℃/Speed 2.
        5. Pour caramel over the base and freeze or refrigerate until firm.
        6. In a clean bowl, chop chocolate for 5 sec/Speed 8.
        7. Melt for 1 min/60℃/Speed 2.
        8. Pour over base. Refrigerate or freeze until firm.
        9. Cut into bars and enjoy!
