Our 5 Ingredient Almond and Chia Seed porridge is delicious hot or cold and is the perfect start to the day. Milling the almonds with the water means you don't need to buy almond milk, plus retain all the goodness of the almonds. Top with fresh or frozen fruit, nuts or coconut cream.
100g raw almonds
100g chia seeds
Bananas to serve
Coconut cream to serve
- Mill the almonds for 10 sec/Speed 9.
- Add the water and mix for 10 sec/Speed 9.
- Add the chia seeds and cook or 5 min/50°C/Speed 2.
- Serve hot or cold topped with bananas and coconut cream.
- Serves 6.
- Refrigerate for up to 3 days.
