4 Ingredient No Churn Peanut Butter Ice Cream

I love the crunchy, creamy goodness of peanut butter. If you love peanut butter too, then you'll love this simple recipe for this Peanut Butter Ice Cream.

With only 4 ingredients, you can the custardy base in under 5 minutes with your Thermomix® Appliance. You don’t even need an ice cream churner to make the delicious, smooth or crunchy ice cream.

Ingredients:

  • 600g thickened cream
  • 395g (1 tin) condensed milk
  • 200g peanut butter, smooth or crunchy
  • 150g Reese’s Mini Peanut Butter Cups, quartered

Directions:

  1. Position Butterfly in Mixing Bowl. Add cream and whip for 30 sec to 1 min/Speed 3.5 until stiff peaks form. Watch carefully to make sure you don’t overwhip
  2. Leave the Butterfly in place and set to the Thermomix® Appliance to run at Speed 2. With the Blades running at Speed 2, slowly pour in the condensed milk over 30 seconds.
  3. Run the Blades at Speed 3 and drop teaspoons of peanut butter through hole over 30 seconds.
  4. Pour mixture into an ice cream tub and freeze for 2 hours.
  5. Add chopped Reese’s Mini Peanut Butter Cups and stir through the ice cream mixture.
  6. Freeze for a further 3 hours.
