4 Ingredient No Churn Hokey Pokey Ice Cream

Ingredients:

  • 100g chocolate covered honeycomb
  • 600g thickened cream
  • ¼ tsp pink salt
  • 400g (1 tin) condensed milk
  • 100g caramel fudge sauce

Directions:

  1. Chop crunchies for 3 sec/Speed 4 then set aside.
  2. Put the Butterfly in place. Add cream and salt. Whisk at Speed 3.5 until cream is thick. Be careful not to overwhip and make butter.
  3. Run the blades for 1 min/Speed 2 and slowly add condensed milk. 
  4. Add reserved chopped crunchies and mix for 5 sec/Speed 2.
  5. Pour ice cream mix into ice cream containers. 
  6. Squeeze caramel sauce over top of ice cream and mix lightly by running a knife slowly through in a zigzag fashion.
  7. Freeze for 5 hours.
