Have you got some extra candy canes from Christmas gift giving? This is a wonderful way to use them up...a grown-up "candy cane" made easily with Thermomix® and uses only 2 ingredients.
60 g mint flavoured candy canes
250 g dark chocolate broken into pieces
- Place candy canes in TM bowl
- Crush for 10 secs/Speed 5. Set aside
- Place chocolate in TM bowl and melt 3 min/50°C/Speed 2
- Spread chocolate on TM Essentials Oven Sized Silicone Baking Mat or lightly greased baking tray until about 2mm thick.
- Sprinkle with crushed candy canes
- Place in fridge to set
- Break into pieces for serving
