2 Ingredient Bacon And Egg Cups
This recipe uses two TM Essentials Silicone Muffin Molds and only 2 ingredients and is ready in 25 minutes. Perfect for breakfast, lunches or snacks or to pop in the kids' lunchboxes.
Ingredients:
500g bacon cut into 15cm lengths
14 eggs
Directions:
- Preheat the oven to 180°C.
- Line each cavity of the Silicone Molds with a strip of bacon.
- Crack each egg into a cup and pour one egg per cavity.
- Bake for 20-25 min/180°C.
- Serve hot or cold.
- Keep refrigerated for 2-3 days.
